- Marani Foundation owns zero clubs. All participating clubs would remain existing, independent community clubs.
- A partnership with the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has been proposed and is pending approval. It is not confirmed.
- Age group, format and fixture numbers are suggestions and may change.

We are not collecting any player or child data at this stage. Any future registration would follow a published safeguarding policy, parental/guardian consent and applicable data-protection law.
